For musicians and performers. live&online / 1:1 Die “Backstage Wiese” ist ein 8-wöchiges Programm für MusikerInnen und PerformerInnen und soll für jeweils 75min deiner Woche als Hinterzimmer und Rückzugsort für dein Leben dienen. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Kurses ist die Arbeit mit dem Atem. Wir erlernen die Grundlagen einer gesunden Atmung, praktizieren verschiedene Übungen aus dem modernen Breathwork und der langen Tradition des Pranayama. Oft liegt der Fokus während der acht Wochen auf der Entstehung einer individuell stimmigen Atempraxis, sowie darauf Achtsamkeit und Ruhe in den oft stressigen Berufs-Alltag zu bringen. Zugleich können Ruhe und Fokus, die durch das bewusste Atmen erlangt werden, dazu dienen in den 1:1 Sessions gemeinsam ein Projekt zu erarbeiten, Ziele zu setzen, erste Schritte zu gehen und auf dem kreativen Prozess begleitet, motiviert und unterstützt zu werden. Die Haupt-Intention ist, nach 8 Wochen klarer, gelassener, gesünder und produktiver aus der “Backstage Wiese” zu kommen. live&online / 1:1 ‘Backstage Wiese’ is an 8-week programm for musicians and performers and is intended to serve as a backroom and retreat from your life for 75 minutes per week. An essential part of this course is working with the breath. We learn the basics of healthy breathing and practice various exercises from modern breathwork as well as exercises from the long tradition of pranayama. During these eight weeks, the focus often remains on developing a very individual harmonious breathing practice, as well as on bringing mindfulness and calm into the often stressful everyday working life. At the same time, the calm and focus gained by conscious breathing can be used to develop a project together during those 1:1 sessions, by setting goals, taking the first steps and being accompanied, motivated and supported during the creative process.
